MEET THE TEAM

CONNOR - OWNER & LEAD INSTALLER

After completing an apprenticeship in bathroom installation, Connor went on to work as a subcontract fitter across a wide range of projects before establishing Waterstone Bathrooms Ltd. He now leads all installations, setting the standard for quality, precision and accountability on every job.

CAIDAN - APPRENTICE INSTALLER

With a background in electrical training at college, Caidan joined the team to develop into a fully qualified bathroom installer. He supports installations day-to-day, learning the trade to the standard Waterstone is known for.

MARK - SURVEYING & DESIGN (MT DESIGNS LTD)

Mark brings years of experience within the bathroom industry. Alongside running MT Designs Ltd, he manages all surveying and technical drawings. His attention to detail and practical design knowledge ensures every project is planned correctly from the outset.

SCOTT - PROJECT MANAGER

Scott oversees quality control across all projects. Through regular site visits and checks, he ensures installations meet our standards and that homes are kept clean and organised throughout. His role keeps projects running efficiently and on schedule.

SHANNON - ADMINISTRATION & SCHEDULING

Shannon manages the day-to-day operations behind the scenes. From booking projects to coordinating the team, she ensures everything runs smoothly, with clear structure across all ongoing work.
